Thank you P.T.

I started out with my personal trainer just 7 weeks ago, fat and frumpy and feeling awful about it. I have now completed my 7th week and in this time i have achieved things i NEVER thought possible, so i would like to thank my personal trainer for how he has turned my life around. Thank you P.T!!!

7 weeks ago i couldnt walk without puffing, the first day i struggled to walk to the top of Ivory Lane, a steep section of road that runs up to the Story Bridge. The other day i ran up it, yes i did say RAN!!!! Ofcourse, i was almost dead by the top, but i did it! I am so proud of myself.

I am still training 3 days a week with him and will til i leave for o/s, but i am also going on the other days and pushing myself. I actually get a bit twitchy if i havent done something each day.
